The Heritage Walk Melaka

Melaka is known as the heritage city in Malaysia declared by Unesco in 2008. It’s a quiet small town that is flocked by tourists mostly from Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. We left our hotel after breakfast to start our Heritage walk and explored the beauty that is Melaka. Here are photos of the day that was.DSC03921-resizedDSC03917-resizedDSC03924-resized

If you’re wondering how to get here when you are already in Melaka, my suggestion is to just follow the river. haha Everything seems too red / pink that my eyes just wander off. Then we reached this area. It’s just wow.DSC03940-resizedDSC03936-resizedDSC03953-resizedDSC03952-resizedDSC04008-resizedDSC04010-resizedDSC04009-resized

We checked out the queue for the famous chicken rice ball. Nope, not happening. It’s a total blockbuster starting from 11am. We just went for a chendol instead and continued our walk.

We had lunch at the mall and wandered off again in the streets. The heat is killing me! But Melaka must be explored. hahaDSC04006-resized DSC04005-resizedDSC04007-resizedDSC04027-resizedDSC04030-resizedDSC04028-resizedb128d5d4-f45c-45c8-a9a7-df0885c2dadf

Seriously, the heat is killing us. So we got inside the mall again and watched a movie instead. This happened around 3pm.df6f6e21-7362-4489-af7d-7bdf822c0640DSC04022-resized6f2ef6e2-4e76-4354-9de9-4b82295a4ea4

After the movie, we headed to Masjid Selat to watch the sunset.
